How to Use This Timer

  • Start Time: When the schedule should have begun (e.g. 09:00 AM). In a rush? Click Now to auto-fill the current time.
  • Interval: How often the alarm repeats (e.g. every 45 minutes).
  • Total Duration: How long the repeating cycle lasts overall (e.g. 8 hours).
  • Need a full block? Tick “Give me a full interval from now” before hitting Apply Settings.
    Unchecked – the timer “catches up” and fires at the next logical slot (good if you forgot to set it at 9 AM).
    Checked – always counts a full interval from the moment you apply the settings, even if you used the Now button.
  • Click Apply Settings to lock everything in, then hit Start. Pause freezes the countdown, and Reset clears it back to 00:00:00.

Why I Built The Interval Timer

The Interval mode in Ultimate Timer was born from a simple problem: I wanted a free, easy way to get reminded every 45 minutes to stand up and do 10 squats. It's a science-backed tip from health expert @foundmyfitness — just 10 squats every 45 minutes can significantly help manage blood sugar levels during the day.
