About Ultimate Timer

Ultimate Timer was born from a simple need: I wanted a free, easy way to remind myself every 45 minutes to stand up and do 10 squats. It’s a science-backed tip I heard from health expert @foundmyfitness — just 10 squats every 45 minutes can help regulate blood sugar and improve health throughout the day.

When I couldn’t find a timer that did exactly what I wanted, I built it. And then I figured — why stop there?

I started adding other useful timers — Pomodoro, interval, countdowns, focus sessions, and more. The idea is simple: give you one clean place where you can find and run the timer you need without ads, logins, or distractions.

I’ll continue improving the site and adding new timers over time based on feedback, requests, and my own use cases. Whether you’re here to focus, move more, study, or just keep time, I hope it helps.
